Old Pineapple Farm

<p>This is an old Pineapple Land that no longer has pineapples growing on it. The size is 172 Ha Land. It use to grow the most beautiful and juicy Pineapples. It had a great production and pastures grew very well too.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>PLEASE NOTE-The picture with pineapples ( it no longer looks like this as we stopped planting pineapples here) The land has not been planted or worked since 2020</p><p>This picture is used for reference only -showing how pineapples grow in the area and in this land specifically. Great area for grazing or even planting pastures that can be baled and sold at a later stage. This could generate a good income in this area as farmers would buy bales for their livestock. The pastures always grew beautifully and there is a lot of trees for shelter. There is no house on the farm just a ruin. It is not a far distance from Bathurst.</p><p>There is a permanent spring but not enough water to irrigate. Just for stock use and fertilizer spraying for crops.&nbsp;</p><p>The farm still has old pineapple lands that have not been knocked down and some of the old lands have reverted back to natural pastures which is very good for cattle.&nbsp;</p>
